Modu-Shade provides custom window treatment products, including motorized, manual, and outdoor shades, as well as measurement, delivery, and installation services.
All products are made-to-order and customized to customer specifications.

2. Estimates & Quotes

• Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
  
• Pricing may change due to material costs or design changes
  
• Final pricing is confirmed upon order approval
  

3. Orders & Payment

• Full or partial payment may be required before production begins
  
• Orders are confirmed only after payment and written approval
  
• Accepted payment methods include approved credit cards, bank transfers, or other agreed methods
  Failure to complete payment may delay or cancel the order.

4. Measurements

• Professional measurements provided by Modu-Shade are guaranteed
  
• Customer-provided measurements are the customer’s responsibility
  
• Measurement errors supplied by the customer are not covered under warranty or refund policies
  

5. Production & Lead Times

• All products are custom manufactured
  
• Production times are estimates and not guaranteed
  
• Modu-Shade is not responsible for manufacturer or supplier delays
  

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

7. Installation

• Installation is performed by Modu-Shade or authorized installers
  
• Customer must ensure safe and clear access to the installation area
  
• Additional charges may apply for site conditions not disclosed in advance
  

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Custom products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

9. Warranty

Products and installation services are covered under the Modu-Shade Warranty Policy.
Warranty does not cover misuse, improper operation, or unauthorized repairs.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:
